The cost of standard shipping is completely free!

If there is a finished product, the goods will be dispatched within 2 days after receiving payments and sent through the Russian Post, with tracking the location of the parcel. Regardless of the payment method you choose, you can track the status of YOUR ONLINE ORDER . You will receive an email with a tracking link after the package has been shipped.

In the absence of goods in stock, production of the product takes from one to two weeks. I do not do consumer goods, and making a quality leather product takes a long time.

Most of the goods in our store are delivered via Russian Post.

Estimated delivery time from 7 to 31 business days, in accordance with the target dates of the Russian Post.

Please note that when delivering works of art outside the Russian Federation, it takes time to prepare documents for customs clearance.

You will receive a notification of the arrival of the parcel to your mailbox and then you can pick up the order from the nearest post office by providing an identity document.

Please note that sometimes parcels are delivered by courier EMS Russian Post. If you are not at the specified address during order delivery, the EMS courier will leave a notice with information on how you can pick up your order or choose a new delivery time.

I try to meet the specified deadlines, but at peak Loads including sales and holidays may take longer to arrive. Occasionally, due to technical updates or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions), some delivery methods may not be available, the deadline for placing an order may be shifted, or delivery times may be extended. But in such cases, I always do my best to keep such temporary changes to a minimum. Keerill is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels if this is due to instructions given to the courier.

Need a refund? No problem!

You may return any item and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.

If you want to replace an item with the same item in a different color or size or for another item, you will need to place a new order. Send replacement of the returned product that did not suit you or did not like, I I can't, but I will issue a refund.

I will refund the cost of the item you purchased. This also applies to products purchased at a sale. The item must be returned exactly in the condition in which you received it. Please also note that when you return any product, the entire discount used at checkout will be deducted from its value, if the total cost of the order does not meet the discount conditions without the returned product.

I will be able to issue a refund only when we receive your package at our warehouse in Russia. This shipment may take up to 21 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).

I cannot accept the return of goods if it is included in the LIST of NON-FOOD PRODUCTS OF PROPER QUALITY, NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998 N 55. However, if the goods are in intact original packaging, or if the item is defective, a refund is possible.

If the item is returned to me in an inadequate condition, I will have to return it to you.

All items are checked manually after return.

You are responsible for the safety of the goods until they are returned to the warehouse. Please ensure the goods are properly packed to prevent damage during shipment.

I am not responsible for any items returned to us in error.

It may take up to 48 hours for a returned package to process.

Shipping and return charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
