Product warranty
I'm not promising you a lifetime product warranty. which is unrealistic to implement, since he himself is not eternal. However, the style and quality of products should provide you with ease of use for many years if you take good care of them and in time.
Most products have a long warranty period, which is indicated on the product card.
Exceptions
As with anything, there are limitations on warranty repairs, replacements, or returns.
The warranty does not cover fittings or kits lost by the user during operation.
The warranty does not apply to products that are not used for their intended purpose or that have received gross mechanical damage due to improper use.
Since my products are made from natural materials, they are generally not intended to be exposed to the aquatic environment, such as rain, ocean, sleet, and so on. Most leathers, especially premium ones, cannot stand water in any form and the product loses its shape (the skin begins to lead), the patina peels off, the dye begins to flow and stain clothes. In advanced cases, the skin may simply begin to rot.
Pay attention - genuine leather is a kind of "living material" and on the skin, even premium varieties, there may be small scars received by animals during life, insect bites, frizziness, so the skin has its own individual pattern inherent in each skin and these properties are not considered a defect. The more aggressive the animal from which the leather is made and then the product from it, the more scars and abrasions may appear on the skin.
Like any expensive product, vegetable tanned leather requires careful treatment and care. Use natural wax-based finishes and balms.
Please note that the color may differ slightly from the one stated in the photo - this is due to the complexity of color rendering and due to the difference in monitor settings.
Exchange and return
Grounds for returning and exchanging goods
The Buyer has the right to return the Goods (Return of the Goods is made if the specified Goods were not in use, its consumer properties, factory labels, presentation, etc. are preserved), without giving reasons within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of actual receipt of the Goods directly from the seller or persons representing the Seller.
Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 19.01.1998 No. 55 approved the "List of non-food products of good quality that cannot be returned or exchanged for a similar Product of a different size, shape, style."
This list indicates the impossibility of returning Goods of proper quality with individually determined properties, if such Goods can only be used by the consumer who purchases them.
To return the goods, you must submit a document confirming the fact and conditions of its purchase, as well as fill out an application for the return of goods.
Return of the Goods, in case of detection of defects related to non-compliance with the terms of the Order, which arose through the fault of the Seller:
If the Goods were transferred to You with partial non-compliance or in violation of the terms of the Order due to the fault of the Seller regarding the assortment, completeness, quantity of the Goods, You have the right to notify the Seller (no later than seven calendar days after receipt) about these violations and demand their elimination.
You also have the right to refuse the goods and return the money paid. In this case, the Goods must be returned to the Seller with the preservation of the original presentation, its consumer properties, seals, factory labels.
To return the goods, you must provide a document confirming the fact and conditions of its purchase.
To make a return, you must fill out an application for the return of goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some types of goods are exempt from returns.
If the products are unique or custom-made, there is no return of the goods, but you have a guarantee from 1 year to a lifetime (indicated in the product card).
