Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange, except for a product made to your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Some types of goods are exempt from returns.

If the products are unique or made to order, there is no return of goods, but you have a guarantee from 1 year to lifetime (indicated in the product card).

Return

In case of warranty, the product is repaired free of charge or replaced with a similar new one if repair is impossible.

If you are approved, your return will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or missing returns

If you have not yet received your refund, please double check your bank account first.

Exceptions

Only items at regular price can be returned. Discounted items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If the item has been misused, I will be forced to return it to you.

Responsibility for the safety of the goods lies with you until they are returned.

Please ensure that your items are properly packaged to prevent damage during shipment.

Returned packages may take up to 48 hours to process.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.

Return delivery

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

If you are returning expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
