Rules for advertising

The text of the advertisement can be anything, except in cases that comply with the prohibitions in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and the restrictions in force on the keerill.com server (publications of obscene content, inciting national hatred, calling for illegal actions, violating someone’s rights are prohibited) .

The text of the advertisement is agreed upon when reserving space for its publication. In the event of demands from law enforcement agencies or persons whose rights are violated by the publication of an advertisement (upon presentation of appropriate evidence), the advertisement may be withdrawn without any obligations to the advertiser (about which the advertiser is sent a notification with a copy of the relevant documents on the basis of which the advertisement was removed). If the advertiser subsequently, within two weeks, resolves the issue with the persons/organizations at whose request the advertisement was removed and provides a different text of the advertisement, then this new advertisement will be placed in place of the one removed in the same place before the end of the paid publication period. (After a two-week period, this space is considered unoccupied and can be used to place an advertising unit of another advertiser.)

The advertising block is placed by the webmaster at a specified location permanently (that is, unlike most advertising systems, this block is always displayed every time the page is displayed, and is not selected randomly from the general database of advertising blocks) for a specified period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year). Publication of an advertising unit is carried out on the basis of payment on this page, and an amount must be received that is not less than the specified cost of publishing the advertising unit. The price remains fixed throughout the entire agreed period of publication: if it changes, no additional payments will be charged to advertisers. If the transferred amount exceeds the cost of publishing an advertising unit, this difference is not refunded, but is taken into account when paying for publication for the next period.

According to this letter, a space for an advertising block will be reserved for you, about which you will be sent a corresponding confirmation. After receiving confirmation by e-mail, payment must be made. The advertising block will appear on the site within one week. The publication period is counted from the date of actual publication of the advertising block.

Attention

Circumstances associated with the temporary or permanent cessation of the functioning of this site due to technical problems, law enforcement agencies and similar government organizations, according to judicial and other official administrative decisions, as well as in the event of hacker hacking, are considered force majeure. The display of the advertising block is extended for the duration of the ad's inactivity.
