If there is a ready-made product, the goods are shipped within 2 days after receiving payment and are sent via Russian Post or the transport company SDEK, with tracking of the location of the parcel.

Regardless of the payment method you choose, you will be able to track the status of YOUR ONLINE ORDER. You will receive an email with a link to track your order after the package has been shipped.

If the product is out of stock, the production of the product takes a certain time. I don’t make consumer goods, and making high-quality leather products takes a lot of time.

If there are boxes, they are of the optimal size and with a good level of protection.

Most of the goods in our store are delivered via Russian Post 1st class.

The cost of delivery within the Russian Federation is from 500 rubles, unless specified in the product card. Free delivery is usually applied.

Approximate delivery time is from 7 to 31 working days, in accordance with the control periods of the Russian Post.

You will receive a notification about the arrival of the parcel to your mailbox or in the Russian Post mobile application and after that you will be able to pick up your order from the nearest post office by providing an identification document.

Please note that sometimes parcels are delivered by EMS Russian Post courier. If you are not at the specified address when the order is delivered, the EMS courier will leave a notice with information on how you can pick up your order or select a new delivery time.

I try to meet these deadlines, but during peak times, including sales and holidays, delivery may take longer. Occasionally, due to technical updates or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions), some shipping methods may not be available, order deadlines may be pushed back, or delivery times may be extended. But in such cases, I always do my best to keep such temporary changes to a minimum.
