How to care for genuine leather items?

The user is responsible for basic care of the product, such as applying oil, cream or wax. As a result of regular care of a genuine leather product, it will last a long time, and you will become more attached to it.

Regular care with oil, cream or wax protects against stains, rain, scratches, etc.

Don't believe anyone who claims that genuine leather products last forever. Without proper care, leather begins to dry out and crack when exposed to water, and then when dried quickly, a genuine leather product may warp and lose its shape.

Handle genuine leather products with care. Only careful handling is the key to the durability of leather products. Take care of your leather items, and they will serve you for many years. Do not wait until the leather becomes dry, begins to crack and peel, from time to time lubricate it with protective and nourishing agents based on natural waxes and oils. Drying of products is possible only in a natural way and after drying the leather requires mandatory treatment with nourishing creams or oils, and after it is completely dry - with protective agents.

Thanks to the natural type of finishing, even on the first classes of leather you can find small defects that are not considered defects.

As a result of manual manufacturing, the product may contain small errors in geometry, seams and other things inherent in this technology, which gives the products their charm and uniqueness.

What should not be done with products made of genuine leather

Do not try to use leather products for other purposes.

For example:

try to slide down a hill on a backpack or bag;

What is the manufacturing time?

The manufacturing time is from 1 week until readiness (if the necessary materials are available) from the moment of full agreement with the customer, for excluding cases of force majeure specified in the Cancellation Conditions. Please note that if a queue of orders accumulates, they are executed in the order of the queue and the client is added to the waiting list.

What are the pre-order options?

  • You can change the design by sending a message in the order or via feedback.
  • You can change the edge treatment (ends of the product) from those offered.

How to place an order

First, you need to clearly understand what you want.

If the required product is ready, then you need to add the product to the cart. Then on the same product page you need to go to the cart, fill in all the fields. In the additional field, indicate the most convenient messenger for you to communicate with you about the order and current issues. Next, you need to click the Place an order and pay button. I will receive a message and I will contact you.

If the product is not on sale, then do not be upset - you buy the product, and I make it within the time frame, depending on the workload, and send it to you.

Even if you do not like the color of the threads or leather, as well as the style, then in this case there is a way out: you ask a question in the feedback form and describe what you would like, what color, and so on. Then I will make you a request by e-mail and send you a sketch. If you like it, then, subject to the availability of materials, I will immediately begin the process of creating the product. If the necessary materials are not available, then the delivery of materials will take a certain time and the manufacturing process will increase. The creation process will require some effort from both sides, but it will be rewarded with a unique thing that no one else in the world has. Please note that in this case, 100% prepayment will be taken! Even if you change your mind about purchasing the product, the money will not be returned! This is due to the fact that people are irresponsible by nature, and to reduce the price of the product, the material has to be purchased in bulk. Based on this, I still remain at a loss, since I have to buy more material than is needed for the product.
