Return policy

General

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange, except for a custom-made product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Some types of goods are exempt from return.

In case the products are unique or made to order, there is no return of the goods, but you have a guarantee from 1 year to a lifetime (indicated in the product card).

Additional non-returnable goods:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products from the site
  • Some health and personal care products

Return

In case of warranty case, the product is repaired free of charge or replaced with a similar new one if repair is not possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.

Next, contact your bank. Often, it takes some time to process before your refund is sent.

Exceptions

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-returnable.

Exchanges

I only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@keerill.com.

If the item has been misused, I will be forced to return it to you.

You are responsible for the safety of the items until they are returned.

Please ensure that the items are properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

I am not responsible for any items that are returned to me in error.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your return to be processed.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Once we receive your returned item, you will be sent a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift-giver and they will be notified of your return.

Return Shipping

To return an item, please mail the item to: 452000 Russia, Republic of Bashkortostan, Belebey, Lenin Street, 44, Apt. 10.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

If you are returning expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
